AC II, Braid and Flower. The BFBC II demo as well.
Ultima VII on exult after seeing recommendations here on the forum. Die-hard nerdy to the bone RPG. I love it!

trying it now
last week i played KGB http://www.abandonia.com/en/games/93/KG … iracy.html
sadly it crashed - and kept crashing - at the same point near the end of the 4th (out of 5) level. gutted! will never complete it now
just finished bioshock 2.. again superb design. just love that art deco underwater city!
the story was also good, voice acting is great, but yeah, again the gaming side was not. made for xbox stupid gamers (altho you can turn off some of the stupid stuff). besides that, too much fighting...
but yeah. that rapture city is still one of the coolest things i have seen in computer games.
if i would have been asked to come to live in a city like that in the 1950's, i would not have hesitated
i think i'll have a rerun of system shock 2 again. that's a great 3d shooter that is not made for dummies.
edit: oh and that bs2 limited edition box has a vinyl soundtrack lp included. quite cool!
@crc is the bs2 soundtrack any good?
ytz, if you like 20's american easy listening jazz ect. but that's not the point.

you really need some time to get into it. The story and the whole universe is huge, and the manuals I found so far didn't quite cover up everything. also theres a heavy amount of dialog which make's you easily forget what quest you where following at the mo, but damn this game's really got something to offer!
Katamari forever, insane as always.
Recently been getting back into Text Adventure games. They call them "Interactive Fiction" now-a-days. There's a "scene" for it and a lot of amateur games to download for free. http://www.ifdb.tads.org
You need an interpreter application to run game files and play them. I like Zoom a lot. It's only for Macintosh, but I think there are some good ones for Windows too.
There's one game in particular I can recommend. Anchorhead. It's a Lovecraft inspired horror/mystery game. It's pretty big and immersive. Can get lost for hours playing that.
Syberia 2
and
Wipeout XL
Bought BFBC2 today, seems real good so far..

defo, tried multiplayer and need to get used to it...i suck at the mo but the singleplayer campaign is ace!
yeah up and running BC2 here too, whole different game then MAG but both cool
Batman Arkham Asylum. Incredibly good game.

I traded MAG in for BFBC2, didn' t really give MAG ebough time but when I played it I didn' t like it much...BFBC2 is good, keeps getting better. Had a good session last night, in a battle for a good 40mins, sniping, driving tanks and RPGing tanks and buildings..was good fun.
Septic, you have a ps3 too ??
yeah i do
first impression of BC2....love the conquest mode, with the apaches etc, but the rest is not as good as MAG imo
biggest letdown is that you cannot strafe when running, that is my way of FPS since 20 years or so Never walk a straightline but ZigZag
Ow and they must get rid of Snipers in shooters for once and for all hehe
Maybe it must grow a bit more, MAG was a bit ackward in the begiining too when I switched from MW2
