Looks like it has some proper capacitors in it too, instead of those cheap ass electrolytic capacitors you see in vintage gear.

ohhh. that looks good and simple. it looks like there's loads of info for modding it, which is great.
My soldering skills are zero, but i have a friend who can and will, hurrah.
i  think it's a great idea to have these little things.
My 5 year old son loves it, and as his father, to hear him run round a massive museum sounding like R2D2, was a proud moment.  big_smile
