so i speak to my brother today - he lives in Athens - and is coming to scotland in 2 weeks for my mums birthday; he asks me if he'll need a 'heavy' jacket..pfft its only March in Scotland ffs
Today its really chilly again, but I don't mind as I like to wear 3-4 layers of jumpers and socks.

aye, at the moment i'm running 4 times a week, i'm up to 45 mins just now. i'm looking for a 10k to run, maybe in a few months time, should be long enough to train i think.
and btw, absolutely awesome to have some family connections in a place like athens - free digs whenever you want to take a wee week's holiday!
