I am just wondering since both ZYX releases have the same catalog number ...

I wouldn't know. According to the  Discogs entries the timing is the same and there are no additional remix credits, so without having them it's not possible to differentiate them.

I do know though that this is still a great video:

Even the dutch pressing on High Fashion has no dutch remix ;-)
