Getting things warmed up for the incoming summer and celebrating our 8th birthday we're very pleased to be hosting for May's Magic Waves a special live set from Perseus Traxx!

Real-name Nigel Rogers, Perseus Traxx has been going down a storm in the last few years with an avalanche of releases across a variety of labels, including an upcoming one on our very own label, Cyber Dance Records, entitled 'An Apparent Horizon'. To celebrate this and our own 8th birthday we've invited him over to play one of his unique, memorable and totally jacking live sets for this month's party. Specialising in acid-drenched box-jams, Nigel's live set-up and improvisational technique mean that no two sets ever sound the same from him, and all that can be expected is a night of dancing hard to manic machines on overdrive! York's very own King of Acid has also recorded under quite a few other aliases too including John Titor, Operator Tracey, Orpheus, Robokid and Sir Leon Greg, and also finds time to run his very own Future Flash label. As anyone who's seen one of Nigel's previous live performances can testify, this is definitely one not to be missed!

Joining Perseus Traxx on the line-up is the usual "Squadra Magica" of Casionova, Franz Underwear and European Man who will keep the party pumping and the music thumping for the rest of the night until it's light again. Get ready to party hearty!!
