Topic: The Model dub id

i was eating in a Chipotle today (mexican fast food chain haha) and they were playing a nice dub track. but then i realized.. it was Kraftwerk's The Model !

does anyone know who does this? i don't think it was Overproof Soundsystem cause it sounded different. like really slow/minimal and no loud horns or anything..
