In my mind Mixed up in the Hague parts 1 & 2, got me into this whole italo thing and probably countless others, if they don't like that they ain't never gonna understand!

It's like nearly ten years old (?) and works every time!

i did see him/her/it post a few times back then...last time i think was in April when the 'radioactividad' mixx was posted - some crackers in there too, but yeah, eightythreeinrimini is the best...a lot more pop/cheese/blabla on 'italofied' but i enjoy it too once in a while...

i dunno, but personally MUITH vol 1. was about more than just 'italo' for me...of course the italo selections & mixing of these tracks in it go al long way to making it one of the most important mixes i've ever heard, but somehow i wouldn't say to someone, 'this is italo, go check it out' when introducing it to them...i guess there's more than that going on for me, the first 20 mins never seem to make me think of italo, maybe i'm missing something

No, I meant, before, that it got a little boring, this over analytical study over italo mixes, what's the best to start? Are we in school? Not to put them off? Think of the best goa trance mix, I would still trow up the today pasta lunch. Just give them what you like. Give them intergalactic fm. If they don't like it, well, as an unsuccessful italo dj I got accustomed to it.

edit: I mean, me and trubotnik got our new year's eve gig cancelled cos they don't like italo... fuck them

if you try to overload them with italo, you might end up overloading thwem, it dont mean its shite.
sorry for perfectly reasonable explanation as to why muith is so great for an intro. and sorry lina for taking your post seriously, didnt realise it was a joke and only was trying to help. or is this the wrong forium to be discussing italo mixes like that
