Internet Radio Recievers

It's something that I've been mulling over for a long time, and I like the idea of going to bed listening to IFM in particular, so...
Is there anyone out there that can recommend a good reciever? Browsing on Amazon, I found the following:
DMTECH Starry 7
Freecom MusicPal
Are there any more/better/cheaper makes out there? Are they a pain in the arse to set up? I'm totally green on this subject...
