anyone have a favorite hardware arpeggiator other than what's available via live or logic? I'm looking for a simple one but it seems like not too many companies make these anymore and none of my synths have one built in.
ah yes i think out of all the older arpeggiators the MAM is more stable .. and there was also the cyclone from oberheim I think which was the least stable. I was hoping for something newish. I think the Akai Midi controller line just came up with a keyboard that incorporates an arpeggiator, but still way to pricey for my taste. oh well. back to ableton...

Fun but rather useless as it can't be sync'd to a clock, such a flaw:( got it for a tenner on ebay last year...

buy the waldorf pulse, very cool arpeggiator with midi out and you get a synth too.. kawai k5000 has a freaky one too.
@smackos: not only that, but quasimidi stuff was used by klaus schulze and tangerine dream too..
