My travel plan now includes Paris as well, just found out about it yesterday.

@scott_neon - the sex shops may be worth a visit, but I think I'll pass on the Promenade des Anglais, since I'll be on the road with my girlfriend - she may object to that sort of tourism

i don't know if it's saturdays only or every day in Nice, but i think if you're anything of a gourmet a visit to the market can be cool to, i remember i went nuts there. actually any market in the south of france is fun, and loads of antiquities dealers that sell amazing stuff fairly cheap. and there's also an impressive flower market, if i remember right?!
