Has anyone sent money by paypal to another country using the Personal option (Gift etc.) and is there a fee for that?

With personal gift the seller gets the amount you wanna transfer to him/her.
But they add some fees on top off the amount you wanna pay him/her.

yeah, once. Just like the man said, you pay some extra little fee, but that's it. Otherwise just the same.
