Ok, this has been out there for a while but just got it myself. Great track but the record skips... a lot. Needle vibrates a lot too while it plays. Anyone else suffering from this? No new record ever skips on my setup unless it's Hasbeens release. What the hell is it with those?
cpt duran mentioned that in his show too...mine plays fine!
you should have bought mp3 - cheaper, better sound and don't skip.
Mine did at the end of a set once, needle just slide off, but plays fine on my set up.
i remember a dodgy batch in the record shop i picked mine up from, they all jumped

like i said before put max weight on the needles, and it's doesn't skip

Oh yeah... more weight should do it, I think, but I rather not put much more. It doesn't skip on -4% pitch either. Strange thing though that it's been twice a new Hasbeens' records that do this with my setup. I suspect ..

hmm - my copy seems fine, never had to adjust the weight or anything. but i've only played it at home. i'm playing records out next week, so we'll see what happens then...
unfortunate that so many folks' copies are shitty - it's a heavy duty track for sure
ok mine has that problem too. At home it worked fine, but tried playing it at de unie on friday and even with heavy weight adjustement the needle slided all over it. 
happy that I'm able to go bugging about it right at the source.
The problem is not the weight people, anti-skating needs to be set right. Even with 1.5 gr it wont skip if you have it set up like it should be.
yeah but when you're in a club eager to mix before the other record runs out, you don't wanna bug yourself around with that kind of shit. I guess everyone agree's on that.

I still believe it's a matter of bad pressing. In some copies the defect is more serious than others. I've two copies and I put 3g of weight and anti-skating on 3, but even so in some particular parts of the music the capsule's vibration makes the needle going out of the track
