I'm going to new york next week with my wife from 11 to 18 may.
any robot parties there? good record shops ton find synthpop or old school house? any gallery? any exotic attractions?

For house, I recommend A1, The Thing, Gimme Gimme, Disc-O-Rama.

I don't think there are any stores with a large synthpop collection, but check Bleecker Street Records. Bleecker Bob's and House of Oldies probably have synthpop too, but those are very expensive. They're all located in the West Village though so you might take a peek anyway. I would definitely recommend checking out the house records first though.
