I'm totally flabbergasted, but that doesn't mean that I'm dissing the track. You gotta understand that I grew around the epicentre of the Italo Disco revolution, being raised in Malta on a heavy diet of Italian TV stations pumping that track on some seriously heavy rotation...not surprising really, as every music programme on Italian TV was exclusively fed on nothing else but artists produced by Claudio Cecchetto. Sabrina was one such artist...slightly cross-eyed, but with Page 3 attributes, Claudio took her on for obvious reasons other than her singing (it's heavily rumoured that the vocals on that record weren't her own, and the same was said of Den Harrow!)
Claudio Cecchetto was the Pete Waterman of that era, making Italo his own and totally bastardising it. He did start off with a good novelty record though...

There is a Wikipedia entry about him, but it's in Italian - I'll give you a brief translation on request. For a better idea on the guy's releases, check out his Discogs page.
I'm gonna take off my Italo anorak now...
