Re: Dtronics DT200

Hi, anyone know anything more about these and the company that makes them?
How many are gonna be produced and is the quality of their products high?

Seriously thinking about buying one, but PG 200 can be got for not a lot more and looks cooler, so don't really know?
thanks

Re: Dtronics DT200

This is an amazing little device! It was delivered earlier this week and I have really been enjoying using it with with the JX being triggered with the 707. It does everything the PG 200 does but also has plenty of lights and a digital display that shows the value of the current parameter being used.

The only negative point is it is a little plasticky and not so cool looking as the metal PG200, but I would rather have a brand new item than a 25+ year old one that could go wrong, especially with how expensive the PGs are today

I had the JX3P for about a year without the controller, and it was ok but really boring tweaking it with just the data slider.
This device really opens up all the potential of the synth. Ok it's a bit expensive but if you have a JX3P and can't find a PG200 cheap you should grab one of these, I imagine they will hold their value anyway, considering that they are being produced only in limited amounts by a small independent company.
