The Sumatra Lintong (Raja Batak) from Blanche Dael, the beans. A handpulped (semi-washed) arabica coffee. Lovely

tea is vastly superior to coffee!
I agree, far more superior.
TEA VS COFFEE FLAMEWAR!
Bei & Nannini all the way
but always remember...
this one at work
and this one at home
Dont drink coffee either but I stay away from tea bags.
Buy the real (loose leaf) stuff...
Once you try it you'll see the difference
I know its easier to dip a teabag but just get a lil strainer and you are set!
I have tried a lotta teas and Oolong does it for me, combines the best from both green and black teas.
Tieguanyin is my favorite oolong. (and the most famous Oolong in China)

Stuff is yummy, wakes you up (no jittering) and makes you look and feel younger, no shit
I'm actually moving to Fujuan Province in a month..where they grow it...nice coincidence...
I'm sure you can find it in most tea shops, give it a try
dont care about the brand i just make a big bowl, keep it in the fridge and microwave it when needed.
now that is true DIY instant coffee

reminded me of this because you're Bulgarian and I work with a Bulgarian guy. he gave me some tea that was herbs or something that his wife hand picked from the hills in Bulgaria when they went back there on holiday. it was pretty nice, but you had to boil it on a pan and wait for ages before it was ready, and that really put me off drinking it most of the time because I just couldn't be bothered waiting (typically lazy of me, I know )
I'd be quite interested to try that stuff that you're recommending though.
I actually drink tea with decaffeinated tea bags cause I drink about 4 cups at work then maybe 3 or 4 at home and all the caffeine (even from the tea, which I think is half as much as in a cup of coffee) would make it too difficult for me to sleep at night.
Don't mind the taste of coffee but I don't like the caffeine and how much it makes your breath smell
Oxfam fair trade coffee at work, locally burned coffee at home: http://www.saopaulo.be/

Heheh I probably know that one
I like the taste of coffee too but it doesnt make me feel very well, also it actually makes me sleepy
The oolong teas are bit stronger but you can rebrew it up to 3-4 times (depending on quality), so 1st cup is strongest.
But I mean you can steep it for like 1 minute and its done....so not so strong. I drink about a liter a day and I sleep fine.
Only thing is - no boiling water, bit before that...or if boiled let it cool for a minute or so...
If you go to a teashop that has this kinda stuff you can always ask them...they will usually have a lot of choice
White tea has the least caffeine (and its most expensive)...great stuff.
Then its green tea - Longjing is a great and light Chinese one...The Japanese Sencha and Bancha also....
If the flavor is too grassy you could try the mixed ones with jasmine etc....many choices, smell at the shop
In London I used to go to Algerian Coffee Shop to buy those...In Glasgow you probably have several ones for sure.
Let me know if you do it

Costa Rica has many great coffees to offer but this is just a general supermarket deal. Good enough for me.
