Topic: Weird problem with 808

The Ch keeps on playing , even if theres nothing written on.
Any ideas why is this happening?

Is the accent on those steps?

I can imagine a situation where a transistor on the trigger inputs is broken and the accent steps are triggering the closed hat.

Either that or the sequencer is sending triggers when it shouldn't be, which is weird but possible.

I'm really not sure we have the same problem, but my instrument select knob sometimes misses the Ch step and displays the instrument next to it. Sometimes it will show 16 empty steps when they're in fact full, I switch away and back and it fixes the problem.
