Well they are all based on a DIY kit, as far as I know it's just different companies that assemble them and they might use some different parts. I therefore reckon that a review with a Modemachine will not entirely mean the same conclusion applies to the Technology Transplant build, or a home build one for that matter. As for extra's, I think the Mode Machine also comes with a psu and cables.
I'll hop to the newsstand tomorrow and see if I can get a hold of that SOS review. Rude and Freek did an extensive comparison between 2 x0xboxes and 2(?) 303's, and I believe they were quite impressed with the clone but I'd rather have them tell us their conclusions.
I'm sure there will be differences between the real thing and the clone, (as well as I am sure that there are slight differences between two real 303's) but searching the web, listening to different examples and opinions, I think this might be one of the best clones and will do fine in the mix together with drums, processed by an analog mixer and some good old master tape. But so far these are just my expectations as a highly anticipating buyer, I can't say anything until I actually fooled around with it.
