It's a shitty synthesizer.
I didnt think it was anything special, just rare. It has a nice heritage too.
It's a shitty synthesizer.
Have you had one?
Nope but i tried it a few times.
Who wants to buy Ultradyne's Mono/Poly?
Who wants to fix it:
"This synth has been owned and used by the Detroit Electro group Ultradyne for over 13 years. It is in good condition. It does have the following issues:
1. Some of the keys do not sound. I used a Midi/CV converter since I've owned it. 2. VCO #2 does not sound. 3. The main output needs to be cleaned/replaced. The headphone output worked fine for me. 4. The KBD Track knob is broken. however the knob can still be adjusted. This is an awesome synth with amazing analog sound capabilities. I own two of these synths and I need to expand my studio so this one is being sold."
this is ghetto :
definitely ghetto but I dig the looks of it. Might apply that look to one of my noise/drone boxes.
looks very good! i first thought it was located in japan though..
waow!!
Maybe not the hottest shit, but still interesting:
I can't believe how much this Yamaha FS1R just sold for:
The not vintage, "vintage digital" grab has begun....
I think at this point (and price) those things are more like trophies than instruments. That kind of money will easily get you a TX816 in Canada. Or 4 DX-7s plus cables...
maybe it's a musthave for dub step producers

@tony, hmm i wonder how much crappy stuff one can sell based on this ebay method?
Sometimes it just hurts to check the completed listings. I don't know why I bother. Sometimes it just makes me sad. Look at this. All from the same guy. But it just goes to show that deals can still be had on Ebay and locally.

He also sold an orange arp sequencer for 575 and a mono/poly for 475.
The Jupiter is obviously the craziest deal but any one of those would have been nice. I wonder how many people emailed him after offering him more money. I hate when people do that.
OMG! Insane! http://cgi.ebay.de/Music-Recording-Korg … 23108700e3
Yep. Same guy. Oh man to have that Jupe 8 or Boehm. Probably would have flipped the other two things.
Damn that chrome SH-101! I rarely like things nice and shiny - in chrome - but that will do.
