@ technicolor: funny idea, looks cool! what is it youve put onto the brussel sprouts?
btw, brussel sprouts is totally underestimated, imo. really like it!
I agree, I love brussel sprouts too! The brown stuff was bread crumbs I fried in butter
yeah, brussel sprouts are so amazing! i can't understand why anyone wouldn't like them.
one of the best things about christmas is getting them as part of christmas dinner, as i never cook them for my own meals .
Hey, I'm in the brussel sprouts fan club too... they are basically travl cabbages
I love Brussels sprouts as well (especially when my wife makes 'em). As I live 5 mins from Brussels I'm obliged!
ah yes... brussels sprouts, the gas giants of the brassica family.
i went out to have a meal at a pub tonight and they were doing a christmas menu - the turkey was served with sprouts, and i think i enjoyed them more than the turkey
i'm not quite sure what this is, but it looks amazing!

You had a battered sausage then dropped an acid...and the above was the trip/result
I did it again....Chicken Jalfrezi, secret to making good curries is to have defined flavours and not be tempted to just fling everything but the kitchen sink in. Jalfrezi is slighty sweet & sour with green peppers, helped along with some sugar to carmalise the onions, some red wine vinegar....and a spoonful of mango chutney. It was fucking superb
made white chocolate panna cotta
waiting for them to get cold, hope they're good
Brussels chicory in ham-roles with cheessauce out of the oven and potatoes.
A very common Belgian dish. But with some paprika on top in the crusted cheese is uncommon but make all the difference Some white wine, paprica powder and lots of garlic in the cheessauce makes it also different and more tasty..
another packet of blair's death rain find their way across my desk...
Pot roast shoulder of venison with parsnip & potato gratin dauphinoise....
...it was utterly magnificent , except my mandolin broke soo i had to slice all the bloody tatties & parsnips with a knife
