Had a blast. Was great meeting all the robots again.
ali renault and andrew ingram were outstanding. fancy & spook literally blew me away. nice to meet more bots.
well up for round 2.catch Meschi's live set 12.45am, room 2
saturday spent entirely in room 2 - 1st time i heard Shemale and loved that dark shit!! Meschi's live set was quality & a real compliment that he held a bloody grand room full of dancers whilst Rude 66 was playing in the main room!
Really gutted to miss both Mark Du Mosch & Rude 66 down to time clashes. Much as magic waves event gives awesome value for money, id like to be able to see all the acts and this year felt one room would maybe have done the business, just a thought. would love to see more of local upcoming acts like fred bentos, or established locals like fancy & spook in amongst the big boys
Tremendous fun, despite broken wrist. big big thanxxx to the magic waves crew for all the hard work

For those who missed it, I've got a video recording of it, I'll post it up soon
tired.
okay, just arrived back home safely (which is quite a miracle) a few hours ago, and now with a big mug of coffee in the office.
Resume:
The Hacker was fucking awesome, and I consider you all pussy's for not staying till the very end. Kind of a best-of-dopplereffekt set, bet he'll enjoyed playing for 20 blokes into the obscure electro shit instead of american apparel wearing hipsters!
Rude 66 that I saw probably for the 5th time, was rocking me more than ever. 1000 year storm - pure madness! Unfortunately I kinda collapsed for an hour or so afterwards, got a memory leak from that moment until somewhere late with the hacker playing japanese telecom. In between I was probly just zombying around again annoying people talking weird philosophy.
Arabian prince kinda made an idiot of himself by showing what tunes he needs to play to make people in LA dance, though his set before was awesome.
Hasbeens was defo the highlight of the friday for me, vocoders just still always do it for me.
It was a shame sometimes seeing good acts have to play in a close to empty room, like dynarec on the 2nd evening.
It was great to meet all the robots, especially the scotts again, although the bumfuck with Ian didn't quite turn out what I expected it to be.

.
Damn right. Only managed to catch the last few tracks from Rude 66 but they packed some serious punch. Then followed by first 20 minutes of Brother Arab really was superb stuff. Did all go a bit strange when he then stopped and rambled on about "an experiment" of some sort and then just played cheese. Odd. Reminded me of the time when we go an electro DJ over to Glasgow who played shit like the prodigy too. Vibe killer.
Great to see you again Moritz, would have been cool to have hung out a bit more! next time.
tired.
Telling you Jasper, the few hours sleep on Saturday made all the difference!

Whoawhoa...what??...i was drunk, but not drunk enough to fuck an ugly Austrian in an even uglier hat
I defo wanna get The Hacker to Slabs after being blown away by his magic waves set...that would be max hard rocking!!
I defo wanna get The Hacker to Slabs.
If so, I'm gonna book a ticket to Glasgow!

So you can see what you missed out?
Bit late to the appreciation party, but had an awesome time. Only made it down for the Friday which was rocking. Pleasure to meet many fellow robots.
Some awesome sets from Ali Renault Plus Fred Ventura and The Hasbeens plus Room 2 was banging for the whole night (got a bit confused as to who was playing when tbh but it was all ace and they were really doing justice to the mighty soundsystem).
Thanks a lot for all the organizers for putting it on. First proper night I've been too for ages! Would have loved to come for Saturday but sadly couldn't make it...

Sometimes it was a little bit too much for the ears, high volume is not always better. Especially with a good PA.
Here's some lovely footage of me doing whatever it is I do.

anyone can redirect me to some good photos on fb or anywhere? I just wanna see myself in the light of maximum retardedness.
Céline had some good ones, not sure if you're in there though fella.
best comment from the saturday was:
"Tony, did you just steal all your dance moves from Hitler?"
