That remix of Belaia noch' is woeful, if unsurprising... in Russia I heard the same kinda thing done to 'Ostrovok' on the radio.

That Ed Banger bastardised take on das ding is just fucking wrong, so brazen the way an almost carbon copy of the track just plops into an appalling bit of elecro house, ugh...

As for The Dirtbombs, I liked them when I listened to more garage rock from Detroit than I ever do now. Can't say I think any of those covers are interesting as more than them having fun... Which is exactly what The Dirtbombs always sounded like. I remember reading an interview with Collins where the journalist had been to one of their gigs that got shut down when he kept trying to get people in the audience to sell him cocaine between songs...
