i ain't calling you hippie
Awwwwww... now we all know you guys are not hippies. isn't that nice?
Those aggressive,selfish,conniving hippies
they should take the ultimate trip and truly drop out
Yeah, damn those hippies, they're worse than socialists.
i ain't calling you a hippie.
if the west don't keep up their military power, russia will quite quickly become something to be very scared of. that country is generally fucked up, and i mean really. they desperately want their empire back and their citizens are being groomed for all out war. how badly does the US and EU want to stop them? ok the french and uk have nukes, but i'm not so sure they would actually use them. besides, if it comes to nuke tossing, most probably the first one who launches the missiles 'wins'.
Russians to what they want in their country, it's their freedom. History has shown they did mistakes, especially in politics, and they are not the only ones, but they also have been able to show that they're not so stupid.
the west is in decline, both economically and culturally. and sadly to say, it's the stronger nations who do the fucking. i do not want to live in a society were i have less freedoms and must practice religion or some crap. i would rather be fucked by the lesser of the two, which happens to let me live in relative peace and freedom.
Western will have to change, because it did mistakes too. The western system is far to be perfect and is also generating suffering all over the world. Do you have african friends? I do...
we've been living in a golden age of peace for the past 60 years, and hell yeah i want it to continue. but the reason why it lasted for so long is because of the one-polar world, ie the west being the strongest. when the berlin wall came down everyone thought russia was out for good.
I think we stayed in peace mainly thanks to the nuke bomb...
But personally, I'm not afraid.
Helter Skelter
Obama already won
Yes Robotworks , there's horrible civil wars raging in Congo and Somalia and western leaders are not too interested. This highlights that peace is their worry only in areas with their businesses.
Today I met a Somalian boy/man who was first day in our country. I guided him to police station where he wanted to go to apply as refuge and to get a place to sleep.
Hes family died when they fled the country and he was alone. very sad story he had to tell
From what I know about Somalian situation, U.S. supported the local warlords and Ethiopian government to wage war on political moslem leaders.
As a result the anti west and anti U.S. sentiment in Somalia is now very high, posing the risk that more Somalis could become either passive or active supporters of the shabaab.
It looks like the U.S. have mixed the political situation on very large area of "Great near-east" from Afghanistan to north Africa, and the results are horrifying.
Yes there have been extreme islamists sure but now there is even more , and it is clear why.
Same is happening in Pakistan.
here is article about U.S. strategies on Islamic world. The strategy has been to create constructive instability.

Someone said some russians are breathing on his neck but maybe it's something else becourse Russia suggested 10 year peace treaty for EU last month.
Also i don't know any country where people should practice some religion. Maybe Iran was meant here? There is freedom of religion.
Women have to veil top of their head and alcohol is forbidden - those are deeply cultural habits. Like in Afghanistan you can smoke hash with police - not going to work in Europe.
Womens position is not good in Iran - just like in almost any eastern or southern coutry.
but it is absurd to raise fear about Iran suggesting thet they would conquer Europe, you understand? Or any other country for that matter. they haven't said or done anything like that.
I wouldn't have written more here on this stupid political topic but meeting that shocked refuge boy made me think why his family was dead and why there's war. and now i can write becourse nothing to do at work.
Just some thoughts.
PEACE

the US is doing that shit for many years now all over the world: Irak, Afganistan, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Indonesia, Tsjetsenia, Balkan, Chile, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc..
and the extreme Islamists (Taliban) is what they created themselves to fight the Russians/Communism and later on generate worldwide fear (Al Qaida).. I wouldn't be surprised if Bin Laden is payed by the CIA for drinking coffee and doing nothing..
here some interesting clips/movies:

Genesis 3:22
Then the LORD God said, "Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever "
I'm not that much of a conspiracy thinker, but most/a lot of these things are facts and/or make sense. And I do believe things don't just happen.. its all about gaining as much power as possible, 'by any means necessary'
and I dont expect that to 'change' even if Obama will be president, (maybe for 1 year or so?!..)
@ Freek and muumi - It sounds like you guys have read 'Confessions of an Economic Hitman' and 'The Secret History of the American Empire'.
It's not a conspiracy theory, it's fact. It's not necessarily just the govt, it's the corporations and money that control the government. The Economist has similar corporate interests, so of course, war is good to them.
change the world

I'm off to the rally now that I know he got pennsylvania and I will not get trampled by an angry million man(&woman)mob. Now I just have to fear the super crazy happy mob. Might even get to do a bit o crowd surfing.
