VU bulbs/Service manual tascam m-30?

Just picked up an old Tascam M-30 mixer on ebay. It looks like I need to replace a couple of the bulbs in the VU's. I have looked around a bit on gearslutz etc. but so far no info specific to the M-30. I'm thinking they must have used pretty much the same bulbs in a lot of the desk from that time? What should I look for?

Maybe someone has a service manual? Or know where I could get a hold of the right kind of bulbs? preferably in the uk
