Sexual dysfunction pills are stolen

Bethlehem police said someone stole nearly 200 boxes of pills used to treat male sexual dysfunction.

Someone stole 197 boxes of Levitra from a car sometime between Friday and Saturday. According to Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Levitra is used by men who experience problems with erectile function.

The boxes of pills were stolen from a car owned by Sarah Biggs, 27, of Bethlehem. Biggs works for a pharmaceutical company and the pills were taken from her car, parked near her home in the 2000 block of Madison Avenue, said Bethlehem police Lt. Joseph Kimock.

Police said the pills were all sample packs with three pills per box.

Officers may have eaten LSD-laced goodies, Fort Worth police say

LAKE WORTH -- A teen with a list of Fort Worth-area police departments was arrested Tuesday after he attempted to deliver cookies laced with LSD to the Lake Worth Police Department.

The 18-year-old had a list with the names of 25 area police departments -- and 12 of them were checked off, police said.

No injuries have been reported, authorities said, but Fort Worth police have confirmed that at least three officers ate cookies from a basket delivered to the downtown office.

The teen was arrested about 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lake Worth police station after he tried to drop off a basket of cookies and candy, claiming that they came from MADD.

Police identified him as Christian Phillips of Watauga.

"We had already received a call to be on the lookout," Lake Worth Police Chief Brett McGuire said Tuesday. "He was detained after we took one of the cookies and it tested positive for LSD."

McGuire said that MADD had nothing to do with the delivery of the basket.

The Fort Worth department is contacting officers who might have been exposed. Police said will seek charges if the cookies or candy test positive for drugs.

Police in Blue Mound received a basket filled with candy and cookies just before 8 p.m. Monday.

"There were some homemade cookies," Blue Mound police Lt. Thomas Cain said Tuesday. "It looked like the basket had come from MADD."

But when a Blue Mound officer picked up one of the cookies, it smelled like marijuana, Cain said.

"A field test was done and the cookie tested positive for marijuana," Cain said.

Saginaw Police Chief Roger Macon said Tuesday that his department was on the teen's list for a delivery, but he never showed up.
