A relief to do so.
This is the Asahi beer building in Tokyo. It is supposed to be a golden flame and/or a beer mug with golden foam, but it is commonly known as kin no unchi, The Golden Turd. The turd itself weighs 300 tons.

When I was a kid I had this idea that entailed eating stuff that gives you diarrhea, taking a crap in a condom and freezing it. Then slice the result and use it in coin payphones. Maybe it could be called an installation or something.
