Topic: drumulator

so...my drumulator says "BAD" in its display while booting up
strange thing is that everything still works fine...

has anyone any experience with this straaange phenomenon?
batterie maybe?? it doesnt lose patterns when i turn it off

... seems theres something wrong.. but there isnt...

nah, it's telling you that it doesn't like the beat you programmed into it! big_smile


it could be the battery, but from memory (looong time ago i used one of these..) it can also be corrupted memory. so clear the memory (it'll read something like PooF, don't remember the sequence of buttons to use, emulatorarchive.com  probably has the manual if you don't have it) and then clear.

the ''bad'' sign literally means something is wrong after it self-tests during startup, but it could be anything from the 2 things above to a faulty part somewhere. if it doesn't loose memory, the battery is probably fine. so clear memory and try again..

ah!! yeh i read something about this poof thing..but i couldnt find the key-combination

hold ERASE, then tap CASSETTE, then you get the poof thing
then continue holding ERASE, then press ENTER.

that clears all data. then switch off, leave off for 10 sec and turn back on..
