im not a fan of dark star either...its not crap in any funny way. Best thing about it is probably seeing dan (the man) o'bannon in one of his few rare film roles
@ Screenvinylimage: Thanks! I still haven't seen either Halloween or Assault on Precinct 13! Good thing I have the good stuff in front of me then
i highly recommend both. i could go on and on and on about how amazing both movies are, and i imagine others on here would agree.
lol i was disappointed with coraline 3D, bolt was much much better
i dug coraline 3d, esp all the vivid colors. haven't seen bolt yet, what did you dig more about bolt cebteq? just curious cause they seem like two different types of movies to me.
fx-wise, im kinda over it. I hated the story of coraline, like wanna-be through the looking glass. cliches abound. bolt was just a nice movie. both are animated and 3D. other than that theyre different movies -- coraline is supposed to animated for adults but is more for kids (i thought) and bolt was supposed to be for kids but its better for adults (imo)
yeah, we agreed the story was just ok and ripped a lot from alice. it kind of felt like things got rushed together by the end of the movie plot-wise.. i'll have to check bolt out.
speaking of 3D i just saw friday the 13th 3 on DVD with 3D glasses at a store.

The spring was knocking at Berlins door, and I ve head a heavy run from Berlin Side X to Y in order to get some machines. Some hours later I was totally fu**ed up but still smiling ... I was in the mood for something "strange" .... So the sun just disappeared and something different was knocking on my brain ...
Always a Trip ...
