They already do.
But besides that: tonight we'll coorperate when The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam will pump the music at the Acidos party (in reasonably neutral Delft 
) We'll see what "purist" Rotterdam, "hipster" Amsterdam and "everything but cool" The Hague music will do to the people

The prejudice that Amsterdam is full of bandwagon jumping hipsters is the same as Rotterdam being full of 40 y.o. virgin trekkies living in single room apartments full of synths they never use..
Both cities probably have an equal amount of pozers and elitist geeks (one just has a better soccer team)
But seriously, I think the article was just a bit badly quoted/written, and makes it look like a lot more hoopla than it really is.. Tom is the nicest guy with an honest passion for music, he is not out for your 1337ness..
