Topic: Leeds

So it looks like I'm going to be in Leeds between September 6th (for a concert at the Brudenell) and the 10th.

What is there to do aside from drinking in the park and yelling at passers by?

Re: Leeds

taking smack and starting riots.

Re: Leeds

go watch some football.

Re: Leeds

Watch some rugby league, join the BNP ? I think Leeds has the highest concentration of BNP members in the UK.

A paranoid is someone who knows a little of whats really going on.

Re: Leeds

leeds or welling.

Re: Leeds

drinking in the park it is then.

Or, I'm going to look for the Yorkshire Ripper murder sites

Re: Leeds

Not much to go on about. Too gentrified...

The Brudnell is a working man's club infested with self-righteous students too conscious about their looks to give a fuck about your performance. Briggate seems to be the 'happening' place, if trendy wine bars are your thing. The O2 Academy hosts some good gigs (and a very good sound system), but F.A. else except for the Mint Club and the Warehouse (sometimes).

Re: Leeds

The concert was quite good but poorly attended.

Leeds was a bit grim and I left at 8.15am this morning.

I'm now back in Bristol watching the wire with me dad.
