e,r - how can you say that? the actress is also cute, to me she looks slightly better than christiane. and she played very good / authentic! I remember Uli Edel talking about the casting. they found not the right actress, so he was keeping his eyes open on the streets. then he saw Natja Brunkhorst on her way to school. She was it, and for me absolutely perfect in the movie. One of my favs btw. Also read the book.
I sold that bad 12" btw. I know it was repressed a while ago on a german electro label without cover... also was played very often at cbs in the last few months.

seen that repress but it's not realy just the music, kind of og only for this one,,
btw she made an alright track with Genesis P Oridge & Dave Ball for the Decoder soundtrack
without getting too much into personal taste in woman, Natja sure did not come across as someone who's suppose
to be hooked up on smack(which is what the movie is all about) - so fail! too cute to play a junkie
yes i have read the book too, a couple of years b4 they made the movie, so i kind of realy waited for the movie esp
that i knew about the Bowie concert part, all to be very disapointed , other then the Bowie live bit off course

okay, the cover looks nice for sure.
and the track from Decoder is not that bad indeed. but the movie (for me) is a good adaption from the book. Esp. the view on western part of Berlin at the time. One of the movies I saw so many times and I still don`t get bored. Read the book also a few times. which is more deep of course.

the movie is good too, why can't cute girls be junkies? i think that's the point of the story.
