I got it to work after closing all the pop ups.  The guitary type funky riff is pretty cool but by having it play all the way through it loses some of it's impact.  What about dropping it out  occasionally and bringing in a chugga chugga 16th note bassline to fill it out or some high string stabs?

I get the feeling it just needs something more happening. Like when the distorted laughter samples come in, would imo be an ideal time to introduce something different but it just goes on like before.

At about 2:20 if I'm correct I think the distorted riff could be used for a great loop, but instead it just dies out, maybe something you could try?
